I have learned how much gardening and growing food is connected to all subjects taught in school- from science, to social studies, to physical education, to art and math.
WE Garden
The country's first edible capitol garden
California planted the first edible garden at a state capitol and WGF was happy to help make that happen. The WE Garden, as it is known, features California fruits and vegetables in the heart of downtown Sacramento, inside of Capitol Park.
